The EPTDO Climate Academy and Research Center (CARC) was established in January 2025 by a team of qualified and dedicated climate change professionals and experts. Through this center, EPTDO aims to offer technical training in Climate Change Adaptation and Mitigation, Water Management (including both surface and groundwater), Agricultural Development, Resilience Building, and Disaster Risk Management (DRR). Our DRR initiatives encompass community-based preparedness planning and emergency response strategies.
Additionally, we provide research services to national and international stakeholders on the aforementioned topics.
